Abstracts received by July 1, 1996 will be eligible for consideration to appear in the October 1996 International Journal of Clinical Monitoring and must be accompanied by a signed statement that it will not conflict with copyrights of your other publicatiosn or submissions for publications elsewhere. Abstracts received after July 1, 1996 will not appear in the Journal but will still be considered for acceptance for podium or poster presentation as space allows until September 11, 1996.
Abstracts of a maximum of 500 words (excluding title, author, and affiliation) should be typewritten, double spaced, with at least 1 inch margins. Footnotes and Figures cannot be included, and tables should be counted as 20 words per line including header and embedded blank lines. Submission of the material on IBM compatible 5 1/4 or 3 1/2 inch floppy disk in WordPerfect or ASCII text format would be appreciated but not required.
