2° EEG (29/4/96): Theta and delta rate with controlateral spreading
3°EEG (30/4/96): Right occipital theta rate
4° EEG (02/05/96): Right temporal theta rate
5° EEG (10/5/96): Alpha rate
6° EEG (15/05/96) :normal
A. M. woman of 23 years old. She arrived to hospital at 30° week of pregnancy with tonic-clonic seizures, B.P. 240/120, abruption of placenta and intrauterine fetal death. She was quickly undergone a cesarean delivery in general anesthesia. In the immediate postoperative period she had tonic-clonic seizures and so she was admitted to critical care unit . She was subjected to some EEG and CT scan (ischemic lesions localized in right temporal and parietal areassee above). After 20 days she was discharged from hospital
